Smokey Caramel latte

Pour caramel syrup, simple syrup, ice cubes, and toasted rosemary in to the shaker. Muddle, then shake well. Strain and pour into a glass of ice. Add fresh milk. Pour into the espresso shaker and ice cubes and shake until the foam comes out. Pour from shaker into the glass by layering method. Also pour the foaming results from the espresso on the top of the glass until it covers the lip of the glass. Garnish, then serve.
